  An interesting point to make note of is the exploitve use of the long arms of the British Empire throughout history. Consider the damage in Pakistan, India, South Africa, Palestine, Former Yugoslavia, and many others.

  Wherever the British occupied or colonized, they certainly drained all resources. I speak on a regular basis with survivors of the desert war in East Africa during WWII. The gentlemen are from Eritrea and Ethiopia. Although colonized by Italians, roads and schools and a public infrastructure was invested and built into both nations. A public education system was started as well as government services.

  Under so called British liberation and occupation from AXIS forces, I listened to first hand accounts of the British dismantling of edifices, buildings, schools and of the large shipments of commandeered resources back to England as booty and spoil. The British Empire has been the most parasitical, tyrranical, hypocritical, usury, exploitative and bigoted heirarchy ever operating on this planet.

  I could almost respect Hitler more!

  Thank you for the interesting link. It is certainly a new development for all of the participating countries. While they have theoretically devised an architecture for asian financial interdependence, it appears to me to lack in substance.

  In other words "TOTO FUMO, NIHIL ARDOR". For example, if seven or eight or even nine bankrupt individuals promise to share resources or their ability to borrow resources from someone else, then collective solvency is a moot point.

  One of the interesting points mentioned concerned the construction of electrical power plants and the future of marketing power resources beyond asia. This type of venture shows insight and is the architecture on which to build and expand. The other points discussed in the article did not impact of affect my understanding any further in either direction.

  today i noticed on television via 'entertainment tonight' how that supposed, self-proclaiming jehovah's witness 'sister' and top rating professional tennis player, venus williams, is back in the news again.. this time she was shown cuddling up to her italian bodyguard.

  she had quite a loving expression on her face, while he had a glint in his eyes which seemed to say he'd like to do more things with venus' well toned body than just protect it from intruders or perceived danger.. last year, i posted on h 20 how appalled i was on viewing sr venus running around courtside with an american flag after she won wimbledon in england.

  then there were those stationary tv close-ups while she stood reverently at attention as they played the u.s. national anthem.. my gripe in all this blatant display of double standards not so much concerns ms. williams' antics, but rather how they continue to be tolerated by her religion's governing body of jehovah's witnesses.

  I have read numerous articles which corroborate the details you highlight about the IMF and the state of foreign banking and dependency on currencies.

  I believe our reliance on this information separates our viewpoints. Based on my present understanding of the treasury department and the decision of the US to CEASE backing paper currency with gold, I am confident that RUSSIA and other participating asian fledglings will realize the folly of Putin's decision.

  The IMF loans to RUSSIA and BRAZIL in recent times have been exposed by outspoken analysts and economists. A radio broadcast (PBS MarketPlace) spoke of the crisis in RUSSIA and how the IMF loans were barely enough to keep their government afloat and that the majority of the money ended up in SWISS Bank Accounts belonging to high ranking government officials.

  Since there was no longer a viable and reliable entity to enforce and establish order within the government, the IMF was reluctant to continue its contribuitory economic policy with the russians.

  This is what has led to the russian mafia phenomenon and economic anarchy. So, when UN & US realize RUSSIA will establish a means for rebuilding their economy through arms trading with NORTH KOREA, CHINA, INDIA, PAKISTAN, even JAPAN and other arab nations, then the diplomatic coffers will be opened again.

  Once reopened, IMF funds will flow freely into RUSSIA and then the PUTIN centralized reformist government will establish a pseudo-free market economy (which does exist, but that is a longer debate).

  In the interim, these events may lead to more arms spending in the west, thus jump starting western economies again and reaching a prolonged delay away from global economic collapse.

  while it may seem absurd at first glance, and perhaps offensive, is it not feasible that humans under their own source of inspiration could compile a such a library?.

  think of the language used in describing the prophecies and visions in the bible as we know it, and test whether or not you can apply the symbols and images used to a variety of settings, places in history, and recorded events?

  if you think about nostradamus, celestine and many other so called "prophecies" that considered some, all or none of the bible, didn't those writings somehow satisfy the curiosities and spiritual needs of certain people?.

  By Magna Forum, I meant the "great forum" in which we all participate. The term "Magna" means great or large. That was the context I intended.

  However, I do agree with your review of human efforts at writing and the influence of fear and superstition. You mentioned the Magna Carta signed by King John in 1215. While that document provided the divine right to rule as kings, it also contained other elements that were more political than the type of writing which I was alluding to in my previous posting.

  why don't the brothers put more feeling and encouragement in their parts(if they believe this is the truth-show it) much of the information is above the heads of the children.

  i have to force myself to concentrate on what is being said and not fall asleep.. children are forced to sit for 2 hours or get smacked.

  you can just stay home and read over material.

  A few years ago, a story was told about some courageous witnesses who traversed piranha infested rivers in central and south america to attend meetings and they floated their clothes in packs.

  The stories were told about the friends in sub-saharan africa who traveled on foot or by bicycle for up to two weeks in advance to arrive at the assemblies and conventions on time.

  I once raised my hand and commented during a typical ministry school review of an assembly, that "if it took two weeks for these courageous friends to travel to the assembly, what did the elders say about the congregation meetings they missed in between"?.

  Naturally, I offended everyone.

  I shared you viewpoint concerning the possibility of an Eurasian Alliance between Russia, North Korea and of course, China.

  While the IMF is in fact secretly "extorting" Russia under the guise of forcing democratic reform and human rights, it is obvious to the discerning eye that Russia does in fact possess natural resources which would be easier to obtain for the Anglo-Americans than attempting to "strong-arm" the arab world.

  Natural resources and their defense are the real "green" issue facing the anglo alliance. This missile shield is a perfect example. Now, where I tend to disagree with you is the point you expressed about the economic domino effect arising from the collapse of certain currencies.

  I see Russia's manuever more as an attempt to build collateral for future arms trading of legacy stockpiles in Soviet Munitions more than fear of the dollar. Putin realizes the playing field is not level, and must maintain control over Russia's natural resources while developing a vehicle for recovery.

  While the long-term effects may transpire according to your conclusions, the total collapse of the global economy is in fact very far away.
